Easy Returns – Gladrags

If you don’t love what you buy, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund.

Returns made in-store are free of charge.

Postal returns are also accepted; however, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are processed within 2–3 working days of receiving your return.

All items must be returned unworn, in their original condition, with tags still attached.

Items such as underwear, swimwear, earrings, or sale items may be non-returnable unless faulty.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
